From A Drawing On Paper To A Profit Maker In Your Shop...
It’s Called “Big Red” For A Big Reason...
“Big Red” (our customer’s color) is designed to run as an all servo, stand-alone Digital Finishing Press with multiple pass capability. The Telstar Engineering Multi-Decorating Unit applies Cold Foil, Cast & Cure, Spot UV printing along with spot or flood varnish top coats plus UV thru-cure laminates. The flexo deck will interchange with a rotary screen unit. The design of the Rotary Die Station utilizes the customer’s existing hot stamp unit and inventory of rotary dies. The Sheeting Die Station matches up with an existing shingle conveyor. Telstar and the customer agreed that the overall design should be modular allowing for easy future expansion of the press with more retrofit options. Today, Big Red is running deep green to the bank for this serious printer.
