Pick-Pin Rotary Die Station

Telstar developed this oversized Die Station to accept matched diameter tooling that utilizes the "Pick-Pin" system. Small pins embedded in the anvil match the cavities on the die. Slugs are pierced by the pins and picked from the web. The slugs are then stripped off the pins by a comb plate and deposited into a container or are vacuumed away.

The Unit is servo-driven and can be added to a printing press or converting machine.
