Kempsmith Press Retrofit

Telstar engineered this UV flexo print station to register in-line with a Kempsmith flatbed die cutting and gluing machine. The challenge demanded registration to an existing web feed system that was not always in steady state of motion with repeat lengths that varied in non-traditional increments. By developing our own servo software programs we resolved the customer's key concerns about integrating this capability with their existing equipment. The fit is perfect and registration is on the spot.
