Telstar Rotary Die Station
with In-Feed Nip

This heavy-duty Telstar Die Station is constructed of 1” thick steel side frames and features an integrated geardriven in-feed nip roller. Twin air cylinders even force down on the rubber covered nip roller. Adjustable stop blocks allow setting a nip gap for processing delicate materials. Other features include later die adjustment and an on/off impression lever. Each unit is custom designed and engineered to meet specific job requirements and can be independently servo-driven or linked to the drive of the parent machine.
