Telstar Engineering has refined the exciting Cast & Cure technology to make it available to operators of label producers everywhere. We manufacture units for virtually any brand of press for mounting within the print sequence. Our chill drum DECOMOD at the left features a vacuum splice table, low tension unwind, closed loop rewind tension control, UV flexo printer with enclosed chamber inking, servo drive with auto/re-register capability, and a lay-on roller for processing reusable casting film. Up to twenty casting film reuses are possible with this sophisticated system.
