Finishing Press Compliments Digital & Gravure Printed Thin Film Candy Wraps

Producing highly decorated candy wraps is the dedicated function of the one-of-a-kind press engineered and manufactured by Telstar. The press decorates preprinted film with foil, UV flexo, and both wet and dry laminations. The fully servo-driven press has a sophisticated tension control system with chill drums to provide web management capable of re-registering pre-printed light weight films. Total balance and complete servo control is included for pin-point registration of thin gauge materials. The press is also equipped to handle slitting operations with multiple streams being rewound onto a dual rewind. This is a great example of Telstar’s ability to successfully deliver press-product manufacturing equipment designed exactly to customer specifications.
